You must be looking for investors. I’m actually planning a big project myself which I’m planning on breaking ground on early next year if all goes well and I need some Limited Partners for that. So…. I’m not in the market right now to invest in other projects. But, I hope you’re able to get what you need. Just make sure you build in some margin in case things go a bit sideways! Just for interest, what are you offering investors? Part ownership or just a return on their money? I’m doing the latter. So, once I pay them off I own the property free of partners. They get a 10% return on their investment which is locked up for 30 months. They get repaid when I refinance the property at the new value. Anyway, just some ideas for you to think about.
